ABOUT RADA
Human beings evolved within nature. Our bodies are remarkably adaptive, continually responding to the environments we live in and the experiences we move through — physically, neurologically and emotionally. The way we breathe, move, feel and respond is shaped through this ongoing relationship between ourselves and the world around us.
After more than 20 years of working with people, I became increasingly curious about why individuals with very different lives, histories and symptoms could present with remarkably similar patterns. What became clear was that symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Pain is rarely just muscular, just as stress is rarely just mental. The physical body, nervous system, emotions, subconscious patterns, relationships, environment and lived experience continually influence one another.
I came to understand the human system as layered, but not divided. Rather than seeing any one modality as the answer, RADA uses different therapeutic approaches as tools to explore, understand and support the system. Each offers a different way in — through the physical body, nervous system, breath, emotional experience or more subtle energetic frameworks — while keeping the whole person in view.
This understanding became the foundation of RADA: looking beyond where a symptom appears and remaining curious about the deeper patterns and contributing factors that may be allowing it to persist.

BIOGRAPHY
Rachel is a bodywork practitioner with over 20 years of hands-on experience. Her work has developed through formal study, clinical practice and a longstanding interest in the relationship between the mind, body, nervous system, nature and human experience.
Her interest in this work also grew from a desire to better understand her own health and life experiences. This continues to shape the way she practises today, bringing a deep respect for the body’s capacity to adapt, protect and change.
As a student of Tibetan Buddhism, Rachel’s work is influenced by the principles of compassion, presence and impermanence.
These principles inform an approach centred on listening, curiosity and respect for each person’s individual experience.
Having worked across Australia, Europe and Asia, her practice has been shaped by different cultures, therapeutic traditions and ways of understanding health. She continues to study and develop her work across bodywork, kinesiology, hypnotherapy and the relationship between conscious and subconscious patterns.
Her approach recognises that wellbeing is shaped not only by what happens within a treatment room, but by how we live, relate to ourselves and move through the world.
