Cancellation Policy

As a small practice, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact. Your session time is reserved especially for you.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in circumstances such as illness or emergency.

Consent & Responsibility

By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for communicating your needs, boundaries, and any relevant health information.

Sessions may incorporate approaches such as remedial massage, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, holistic bodywork, sound-based practices, chi nei tsang, breath-based practices and supportive conversation.

You are welcome to pause, modify, or stop a session at any time.

Health Disclaimer

The services offered at RADA are intended to support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Sessions do not diagnose or cure medical conditions.

Clients are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified medical or mental health professional regarding any health concerns, diagnoses, symptoms, or treatment decisions.

RADA does not replace conventional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Confidentiality

All sessions and client information are treated as confidential. Records and documents are stored securely and accessed only for the purpose of providing care.

Confidentiality may only be broken in the rare circumstance where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to the client or others, and emergency or medical assistance is considered necessary.

RADA is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, racism, sexism, or hate speech will not be tolerated. RADA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if this occurs.

Where possible, RADA operates as a paperless practice as part of an ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility. Organic, vegan, and cruelty-free oils and creams are used as part of a considered and ethical approach to care.

Professional boundaries, ethical practice, clear communication, and client autonomy guide all interactions at RADA.
